All the parts of the guidance file that classroom guidance teachers use throughout the year: classroom guidance plans, monthly and termly activity charts, a student information form, a class information form and a teacher observation form.

A classroom teacher–parent meeting form, a group guidance handbook, student club documents and notes on working with students with attention deficit and learning difficulties are also included. Counsellors can hand these out to classroom teachers at the start of the year.
