Career guidance is a long process that starts with students getting to know themselves and continues through choosing a field of study, LGS and YKS preferences and preparing for university. This page offers documents counsellors can use at every stage of that process.

For work with students there is a Holland (RIASEC)-based career interest form, a “discovering my strengths” worksheet, an occupation research form, an individual career and academic plan portfolio and a road-map form. For choosing a field of study there are a student interview form, a teacher observation form and a summary form; for the preference period, an LGS and YKS preference counselling interview form.

For work with parents, the page includes a parent career information note and a parent handbook; for theoretical background, articles on career development theories and the dimensions of career maturity. The forms are in Word format and can be adapted to your school.
